Employee Referral Program :

Who is Eligible?
All current full time regular employees are eligible for referral incentives except for those employees in the Human Resources (HR) department and supervisory personnel who possess direct responsibility for filling a position within their span of control.
Who Qualifies as a Referral?
Once an eligible employee has identified a qualified candidate for a posted position, he or she will complete a referral card and submit it along with the candidate's resume/application to the HR Department. Once the referral card was issued, HR will approve $500.00 Referral amount to the employee who referred the consultant.
Upon receipt of the referral card and resume/application, the HR Department will verify that no one else has referred this candidate for this position. A referral is only valid for the originally submitted specific open position. Employees must submit additional referral cards and resume/applications to be eligible to receive a cash incentive reward for different positions.
An award will not be given to an employee for an applicant who has already been considered by the Company for the position. Current regular and temporary employees cannot be referred as candidates for open positions under the Employee Referral Program. Current employees may apply or be referred for open positions as candidates through the internal job posting system. Referred individuals must be applying for full-time / permanent positions. Referrals for part-time or internship candidates are not included.
How Do I Receive an Award?
I. REFERRAL - It all starts with a referral. As indicated above, you must complete a referral card (available with HR) and submit the completed card and resume/application to the HR Department.
II. INTERVIEW - The candidate you refer must have his or her first interview scheduled through the HR Department.
III. APPLICANT HIRED – The candidate you refer must be hired, and the cash incentive will be given provided both you and your referral are on the Company’s active payroll as of the date the award becomes payable. The date the award becomes payable is ninety (90) days after your referral's date of hire.

Position: 5G-CORE Consulting Engineer - Full Time Job Posted : 08-01-2022

Duties: 5G core signaling knowledge (Network functions like: PCF, NRF, UDR, SCP, NSSF, BSF etc.) + CNE kubernetes knowledge Telco 5G Core Consultant will be responsible for designing and delivering Oracle Telco 5G core-based customer solutions for the consulting services organization. This person has primary responsibility for the technical viability of a customer solution. Key activities performed by the Consultant will include: • Technical solution analysis, architecture, and design • Delivery process definition (Implementation Strategies) • Migration and Database Conversion planning • Performance Optimization/automation/scripting • Integration/Interoperability/automated Testing Primary responsibilities of the Consultant are: • Provide Professional services for Oracle Communications Cloud Native (CN) based 5G core NFs (PCF, NRF, SCP, IWF, UDR, NSSF, SEPP, SLF, BSF, etc.) and 4G virtual diameter signaling router (vDSR) solutions including ATS (Automated Test Suit). • Services provided include initial system implementation design and architect, network integration, system provisioning, capacity analysis, special feature implementation, Test Plan creation and execution. CI/CD knowledge is a plus. • Service delivery activities include on-site and remote implementation of new systems, technical discussions, and explanations of proposed solutions with customers, development of methods of procedure and other documentation as required by the customer. • Create, maintain, and execute detailed Methods of Procedures (MOPs), Completion Notices (CNs), project plans, and schedules of activities and deliverables. • Design and Creation of use cases, call flows, policy rules, routing rules, and database query logic/scripts based on customer Business and Service Use Cases. • Support Pre-Sales activities such as demonstrations, trials, and Solution scope definition. • Participate in the design, delivery, and administration of a Mentorship program for Professional Services personnel and Partners. • Assist project managers with project planning and scheduling. Job Requirements • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication and presentations skills. • Ability to interpret and develop detailed network/system drawing and excellent problem solving/analytical skills. • Knowledge & experience of data communications concepts of network architecture, TCP/IP Protocol suite, SNMP, NTP, Kafka streaming, Corba, JMS, and troubleshooting. • Knowledge & experience with the following LAN technologies: Ethernet (10/100/1000/10G), VLANs, Spanning-Tree, and switching knowledge. • Knowledge & experience with VPN, IPSec, SCTP, TLS, IPv4, and IPv6, and Routing Protocols/technologies. Ansible Tower, Playbook, REST API knowledge is a plus. • Knowledge & experience with platforms framework and Operating Systems: Linux/Unix, Windows, Cloud Native (cn), Kubernetes (K8s), Grafana, Kibana, Jaeger, Jenkins, Selenium, HP Rack-mount server & Server Blade platform. CNE (OpenShift or VMWare or Oracle), Openstack, and Kubernetes certification preferred. • Strong Knowledge/experience 4G & 5G Technologies: Diameter (RFC 3588) protocol/applications/interfaces/http2, LTE/EPC/IMS architectures (PCRF, PCEF, MME, BBERF, CSCF, DRA, OCS, OFCS). • Knowledge & Experience of subscriber database technologies: HLR, HSS, SPR, EIR, ENUM, AAA, SDS, MySQL, DB query/scripting (pearl/python). • Must be a self-starter and able to work independently with Field service experience in customer facing roles. • Ability to effectively deal with multiple activities, changing priorities, organizational skills and ability to perform under pressure in critical situations. • Willingness to travel up to 50%, for domestic and international travel and willing to work in shifts. • Strong oral and written communications skills and must be able to clearly and effectively communicate work status, risks, and issues.
